This was a fun project. It wasnt my original idea, but it worked.

Added info for those who want to know... I have this party type object that spins to the music. Sometimes it is just a single bar and sometimes it is little dots. Here is the photo of the object in the light so you can see what I used to create this. I adjusted the shutter speed to catch smooth motion of the light.

I decided I would pick an easy word for this challenge. It has so many meanings, to bow to someone in reverance, to use it as an instrument to play music, and then my way...

 The Furry Friend Challenge...04/27/09
The Challenge:Show us your interpretation of "Furry Friend."
The Participants: Kre8ive, John (300m), The Curious Camel, Lady Kate, Johnloguk, FotoEffects, Hillary, and myself.
The Result: My furry friend is my Matilda. She turned 7 years old on the 15th of April. I took this shot looking up at her. She has been spending a ton of time in high spots since the little one has arrived. Her favorite spots are the top of the dryer (seen here) or on top of my computer cabinet.

On a side note, photographing a black cat is not that easy, at least for me. If I used the flash, I washed her out, if not, it would be too dark and I lost all detail in her fur. This took many shots to get one that I actually liked.
